Ribbed Tulip Shade

A small clear glass lamp/ light shade made for us in Europe.

A simple shape, slightly flared at the bottom, with lenses along the bottom edge to give small drops of transmitted light. The ribbed design allowed the use of clear glass for maximum light emission but dispersed it a little to avoid glare. A hybrid design between the Edwardian and Modernist eras.

This shade is designed to be used with a 2 1/4in gallery.
