Shipping and Handling
Our standard shipping and handling charge of £5.50 is for shipment within the UK only. We charge the same for any parcel, big or small (although, often, we may refund part of the charge for very small parcels at our discretion). For destinations outside the UK we will endeavour, always, to send your parcel by the most economical method possible and will charge you thus. If, however, you wish us to quote you for international shipping prior to completing your purchase then we will be pleased to do so. Please call us on 01584 877276 (or email if you must - we do not recommend this however) with your address, the products that you are interested in and whether you wish shipment by air or surface.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 week.

Refunds are available at the discretion of the management of The Period House Shop.
All purchases are covered by the Department and the Office of Fair Trading's Distance Selling Regulations.
Our Ludlow shop can deal with customer service enquiries and is open between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are handled securely by our Payment Processor RBS WorldPay.
