Cast iron string holder Product No. 2027a	Cast by us in iron from a rare original item, this is a really beautiful pierced design and a useful object. This is another item available exclusively from us. People have bought this as a gift for those that "have everything" or for themselves for the home. We have witnessed the biggest excitement, however, when gardeners have spotted it when they realise that, at long last, they have found a string dispenser that is heavy enough to be used outside when they have only one hand left to manipulate the string or when it is windy. Iron airing rack Product No. 2028a	Cast in iron from an original that came into our hands some years ago. More decorative than others offered and complete with iron pulleys and cleat and hemp rope. We supply it without the wooden dowel as this makes it cheaper and easier to ship and sourcing this locally should pose no problems for you. The bracket measures about 16 1/2in wide. Butler's or Door bell Product No. 2042a	This butler's bell is true in every detail. The bell is cast in a bell foundry of a suitable tuneable material. The spring is made by a company that used to make them in the past and has been able to resurrect some retired expertise. We use a square nut to attach the spring to the arm and a copper rivet to attach the bell to the spring. The brass parts have been copied from original examples. All in all this is the most authentic reproduction we have ever seen - but then we would say that because that is what we set out to achieve. Bell pulls are available elsewhere on this site.
